On a parl\u00e9 des besoins de la vigne (l\u2019eau, la terre, le soleil, les min\u00e9raux, l\u2019air) On a parl\u00e9 \u00e9galement des haies champ\u00eatres, de l\u2019enherbement et de la pr\u00e9servation de la biodiversit\u00e9. Capucine nous a expliqu\u00e9 aussi le m\u00e9tier de viticulteur ou vigneron. On a travaill\u00e9 sur les animaux sauvages qui vivent ou traversent les vignes\u00a0: le mulot, le li\u00e8vre, le sanglier, le renard, le blaireau, la fouine, le chevreuil, le lapin de garenne, la \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, Maxime, un viticulteur (et chasseur) \u00a0et S\u00e9bastien, un chasseur nous ont rejoint. \u00a0Nous somme all\u00e9s nous promener dans les vignes pour trouver des indices de pr\u00e9sence des animaux et essayer de d\u00e9busquer des li\u00e8vres . On a vu des trous, des crottes (li\u00e8vre, renard, fouine, chien\u2026), des coul\u00e9es\u2026 On a vu et entendu des buses. Dans les barbel\u00e9s on a trouv\u00e9 un poil noir et blanc, c\u2019\u00e9tait celui d\u2019un blaireau. \u00a0Malheureusement, nous n\u2019avons pas vu de li\u00e8vres, pourtant nous \u00e9tions Nous nous sommes r\u00e9partis dans les rangs en travaillant par bin\u00f4me\u00a0: un \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u2013 1 vendangeur. Tous \u00e9taient\u00a0 ravis de ce moment partag\u00e9. Dans la bonne humeur, nous avons travaill\u00e9 ensemble pendant une bonne heure. Nous avons aussi discut\u00e9 et rigol\u00e9 avec les vendangeurs. Certains venaient de loin\u00a0: Belgique, Lettonie\u2026 et parlaient anglais.\u00a0 Il y avait des jeunes et des vendangeurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s, il y avait aussi une ancienne \u00e9l\u00e8ve de puis avec un pressoir. Le jus de raisin sera pasteuris\u00e9 puis mis en bouteilles.
